Day 1 - Sunday May 5th - Istanbul Arrivals

Welcome to Turkey. Arrival into Istanbul. Transfer from airport & check in to your hotel. Tonight we have a welcome dinner. You will meet our friendly crew and other travelers while enjoying Turkish Food and enjoy the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night.

Day 2 - Monday May 6th - Istanbul to Cappadocia

After breakfast we will transfer to the Atatürk Airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia. On arrival we will check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours. Tonight we have the optional activity of the Turkish Night which should not be missed. Includes (Whirling Dervishes, Belly dancers, Turkish cuisine and wine, live music).

Day 3 - Tuesday May 7th - Cappadocia

After breakfast we shall start our Cappadocia tour including Göreme Open Air Museum, Dervent Valley, Pasabağ Valley. After lunch, we will make a shopping tour in which you will be aware of the ancient arts of Turkey like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery. As this will be a guided tour, you will avoid being hassled which will enable you enjoy the shopping experience whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen. Free evening. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 4 - Wednesday May 8th - Cappadocia to Istanbul

After breakfast we head to one of the most interesting sites of Cappadocia: Kaymaklı Underground City. The Christians hid from the armies of Rome and the raids of hostile tribes in these self sufficient cities in which there were halls for stocks of crop, barns, rooms, kitchens & ventilation channels. The second part of our Cappadocia Tour will include Uçhisar Castle, Avcılar, and Pidgeon Valley. After the tour we will rest at the hotel and have a free afternoon until transfers to the airport for our flight back to Istanbul.

Before the tour there is an option to go hot air ballooning:
The Hot Air Balloon descends at sunrise and the ride lasts for approximately 45 minutes; in which we will float through valleys, between fairy chimneys and caves. The balloon will rise approximately 1000 feet in which you will experience the extraordinary views Cappadocia has to offer. On landing, champagne will be served to toast arrival. It is a fantastic journey made by the eccentric landscapes and the rising sun.

Day 5 - Thursday May 9th - Istanbul City Tour

we depart at 09:00 for the Istanbul city tour. We will begin with ancient Hippodrome, which was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. We will then continue with Sultanahmet Mosque across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet. It is also known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decorated with blue Iznik tiles, we then head to our last stop which is the famous Hagia Sophia. This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time.

After we will make a shopping tour in which you will be aware of the ancient arts of Turkey like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery. As this will be a guided tour, you will avoid being hassled which will enable you enjoy the shopping experience whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen.

After the tour you have the opportunity to experience The Bosphorus by cruising on the boat which is one of our optional activities. You will have the chance to enjoy magnificient views of Bosphorous which is connecting Asia to Europe. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 6 - Friday May 10th - Istanbul Grand Prix

First day of racing.
You will be escorted to the event by private air-conditioned bus. At the end of the day, you will be collected by private air-conditioned bus and returned to the hotel. Tonight we have the optional activity of the Turkish Night which should not be missed. Includes (Whirling Dervishes, Belly dancers, Turkish cuisine and wine, live music).

Day 7 - Saturday May 11th - Istanbul Grand Prix

Second day of racing and Qualifying
you will be escorted to the event by private air-conditioned bus. At the end of the day, you will be collected by private air-conditioned bus and returned to the hotel. Option to experience the Traditional Turkish Bath in this evening. Hamam, that's the word for the Turkish bath – A traditional bath dating back centuries. Consists of a full body wash and scrub, massage, and an out of this world feeling.

Day 8 - Sunday May 12th - Istanbul Grand Prix
